This is a dehydrated raw bread. Top with cheese, hummus, use to make a veggie sandwich or serve along with traditional Italian fare.
Healthy Raw & Dehydrated Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 tomato
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons hemp seed, sprinkled on top
Instructions
- Grind the flax and set aside. (You can use pre-ground flax if desired)
- Prep and process the remaining ingredients except the water.
- Add ground flax and water after veggies are pureed.
- Process well and spread on dehydrator sheets.
- Sprinkle with hemp seeds and dehydrate for 5-6 hours at 110 ̊ F.
- Flip off sheet onto mesh tray and dehydrate another 3-4 hours depending on desired consistency.
Notes
These will keep in airtight container in refrigerator for aproximately one week.
